Jimmie has lived in Friendswood for over 44 years and has been a member of First Baptist Friendswood ever since that time. She has two sons, David  & Jeffrey, two wonderful  daughters'-in-law, 7grandchildren and 5 great- grandchildren.  Jimmie has been on staff now for almost 18 years and was the church nursery coordinator for 12 years. She was also the original director of our CDO program in 1974. Jimmie's current responsibilities are the Adult Ministry Administrator and Food Pantry Coordinator.

3 Words That Describe Me... faithful, simple, easy to please

I do my best thinking when...quiet place where there are no animals, phones or TV.

I always smile when... When I see my grandchildren.

My dream vacation would be...having all my grandchildren and children together on a cruise.

The last book I read and loved was... The Bible. I really enjoy reading the word and never get tired of it!

You ought to see my collection of... Elvis CDs or snowmen collection

It's hard to believe but I'm... 69

When I'm cruising in my car, I usually listen to... KHCB.

You'll never catch me eating... healthly foods.

If you ask me, there could never be enough... time in the day.

In my spare time you'll find me... trying to do everything I need to do at home.

When it comes to movies, my all-time favorite is... White Christmas.

When it comes to TV shows, I try not to miss...  "Dancing with the Stars" and  "The Biggest Loser"
