About Dr. David Belk
Dr. David became our Senior Pastor in August of 2006. He and his wife Meredith moved from Fort Worth with their 2 children, their daughter Micah Lauren and son Caleb Reed. Dr. David grew up in Richardson, Texas and graduated in 1992 from Texas Tech University with a degree in Speech Communication and a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation, he married Meredith and he is quick to admit, "I married out of my league!" In the fall of 1992, he attended Southwestern Theological Seminary and eventually earned a Master of Divinity with Biblical Languages. In 2001, he earned his Doctor of Ministry degree from Southwestern as well. Dr. David has pastored in Texas and Georgia and is passionate about leading people into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ. His desire is to encourage and equip people to pursue intimacy with God, community with other believers (insiders) and influence with unbelievers (outsiders).
