He Speaks to Me: Preparing to Hear the Voice of God by Priscilla Shirer

Priscilla Shirer draws life lessons from the account of God speaking to the boy Samuel. In this beloved Bilbe story found in 1 Samuel 3, Priscilla relates six characteristics found in samuel that are applicable to women today as they tune their hearts to hear God's voice. These characterists are: A Simple Relationship, A Set Apart Holiness, A Still Attentiveness, A Single-Minded Worship, A Sold Out Hunger and A Servant'sSpirit. By listening to God's voice and obeying Him, women will be drawn into a closer relationship to God that brings a deeper desire to serve Him faithfully.

Precept Upon Precept: Judges

Confused over what or who is right?  Today, as in the day of the judges, people are doing what is right in their own eyes!  Absolutes seem to be gone and traditions are scorned.  The book of Judges is God's answer for our day of apathy, apostasy, and anarchy.
