Honduras Mission Trip 2012

Purpose of Trip – To take the word of Jesus to an unsaved nation. We will be doing modified VBS in the local churches and schools.

Training – Is mandatory for all going on the trip. Training will be as follows: Monday, June 18 (Day of Fasting with breaking the fast at 8:30pm), Wednesday June 20, Tuesday July 17, & Wednesday July 18. All training is at 6:30pm unless noted

Cost of trip - $1,600 (FBCF participants pay $1,000, money budgeted for difference)

Location – La Ceiba, Honduras (3rd largest city in Honduras) – 300,000 people. This is a modern city with a mall and food places such as Pizza Hut & Burger King. You will need to purchase bottles of water each day. Do not drink any water not from a bottle and do not eat any raw vegetables or fruits that have been washed in the local water. Also, do not buy any food from the local street vendors. We are scheduled to stay in the same hotel as last year, The La Quinta. Our goal is 3 people per room, including one adult in each room.
