Life Group Leaders

The LIFEGROUP Leader is an important person in the kitchen environment. This leadership involves two main responsibilities.

• Keep the group focused on the LIFEGROUP vision.  This involves creating an environment where members feel safe to share their hearts and to ask life’s tough questions. The leader is guided by questions such as: Are we applying the Scriptures in our daily lives? Are we ready to multiply our LIFEGROUP into two new groups?
• Hold the group members accountable for their daily walk with Christ. Are the members studying the Bible? Is prayer a daily discipline for each member? Are the members striving to live godly lives?

This section is designed to give LIFEGROUP Leaders the resources needed to lead their LIFEGROUPS.
